「Exercise Is Medicine」
  • Date of establishment: January 9, 2021
  • In 2007, American College of Sports Medicine and American Medical Association launched (Exercise Is Medicine, EIM) campaign, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, it has 3 main goals: 
1. Weekly exercise time should be recorded in the medical record and regarded as a vital sign
2. "Exercise" is the cure for the most diseases in the 21st century, and needs to be actively promoted
3. Grant training and certification to medical professionals and exercise science practitioners to facilitate the promotion of exercise prescriptions 
  • The Association is a non-profit social organization whose purpose is to promote the concept and education of fitness and sports medicine, and to improve the health of all citizens.
  • Mission as follows:
1. Collect and organize information and teaching materials related to fitness and sports medicine.
2. Research and promote various theories and education related to fitness and sports               medicine. 
3. To hold lectures related to fitness and sports medicine to discuss the issues of preventing diseases, prolonging lifespan, promoting physical and mental health and the health and well-being of the whole people.
4. Cooperate and exchange with domestic and foreign academic institutions, and jointly organize health professional courses related to fitness and sports medicine.
5. Handle all kinds of fitness and sports medicine-related certifications, charter and continuing education, etc., and train relevant professionals.
6. Conduct academic research exchanges with foreign academics and related groups to promote national diplomacy."
